Product description:
BD4052 roller coat corrosion resistant coating is made of various high performance corrosion resistant materials and modified toughening
resin doing copolymerization reaction,and form interpenetrating network structure,generate synergistic effect,it can improve the corrosion
resistant performance of polymer effectively,it is widely used in the preparation of corrosion resistant coating on the surface of machine
parts which suffer from corrosion under the temperature of dry state 120 deg C or liquid state 70 deg C,used as the prime coat or top coat
of the corrosion resistant coating.
 
Product performance features:
1. The viscosity is low,don’t precipitate
2. No solvent, 100% solid content, excellent corrosion resistance.
3. The bonding force is strong to metal and rubber etc,Excellent wear and scouring resistance.
4. The cured product is dense and smooth, and there is no microscopic capillary,which can effectively avoid the corrosion caused by
the medium.
5. The storage condition is stable paste and the viscosity after mixing is reduced and diluted.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment: Do the rust removing and roughening treatment for the pending-repair parts,
then clean it with cleaning agent and dry it by the airing,the bonding surface after this treatment should be coarse,clean and dry.

2.The preparation:According to the mixing weight ratio A:B=5:1,make A and B two components mix uniformly,every time the mixing
quantity should be not too much,make sure that the mixed adhesive can be used up within the specified operation time limit every time.

3.Coating:Make the mixed prepared coating materials roller coat on the pending-repair surface,the suitable coating thickness should be 0.3mm
to 0.6mm,it can roller coat for 2 to 3 times for large area protection based on the actual condition.

4.Curing:It can be put into using after curing for 24 hours at the temperature of 25 to 30 deg C,when the temperature is below 15 deg C,
the curing is not complete,should heat it up (Tungsten iodide lamp baking or hair dryer heating etc.) to the temperature of 60 to 80 deg C and
keep this temperature for 2 hours to promote the coating complete curing.
 
Transportation and storage:
Sealed storage in the cool and dry place. The warranty period is 12 months.Avoid placing it upside down, knocking against and transporting it as a non-dangerous product during transportation.
 
Product packaging specification:
Two components,packed in a plastic drum, 12 kgs/set,Part A: 10 Kgs/drum,Part B: 2 Kgs/drum.
